Sarah Vogel – Sarah is a graduate of Kendall College in Chicago, IL with a degree in Baking and Pastry. She spent 7 years as a chocolatier in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and has attended Master classes in Switzerland. Sarah is in charge of production and new product development.
Katy Vogel – Katy manages social media and marketing. Her background is in healthcare but she has led marketing and social media campaigns in the healthcare and hospitality industries.
Sheila Vogel – Sheila manages our accounting department and brings 30+ years of small business accounting and taxation experience.
Little Bird Confection is an Illinois based LLC. Our production is in an FDA approved, Class 2 low risk processing facility located in West Dundee, IL. All production personnel holds either a ServSafe Manager or Food Handler certification.
